drum n bass with jazz? I wouldn't call "Photek" jazzy, but some of the cuts on "Modus Operandi" has a bit of a jazz feel to me...and even consider Squarepusher this way, although he's not really drum n bass...i don't know how to really classify him other than the overused IDM genre listing

the industry 'claims' that ak1200 is jazzy. i dunno. its subjective really. but in most cases, from my personal encounters, 'jazzy' means more 'atmospheric' than actually jazzy in drumnbass. ltj bukem is known for that type of 'jazzy' dnb. but if you're talking about the 'jazzy' with soulful vocals and pianos n shiit, try kosheen, high contrast, wickedbeatsoundsystem, etc - along those lines.
