want to make electronic music?

do you like electronic music? want to make your own?

I've been working on a project for my software engineering class that generates a random drum loop, which has been designed to be extendible to many instruments. However, the class is nearly over and the project is about to become dead... that's where you come in.

We are looking for a few good music addicts to take over the torch of development. We have a pretty well documented code base and a reasonably functional GUI written in java.

If you're interested in taking a look at the program, head over to http://randyloops.sourceforge.net and give it a look!

I make electronic music useing freeware: Buzz at buzzmachines.com. There is plenty to work with here. I need to upload my mp3s to the internet but I dont know where to put them.

Buzz has great interface... much better than fruity loops. Fruity loops might of had some things that Buzz didn't have vice versa. What do people on this message board use when they make music? What do groups like autechre use? I bet they have some real good software and I bet they record a lot of their own sounds.
