Need Help - Punk/rock song that keeps saying "Whatever!"

Hey all!

I was wondering if someone could give me the name to the following description:

OK I heard it on the radio for the first time on Tuesday so I'm presuming it's a new song. It was really short (1:30 or something) and had male vocals. The song was punk/rock and it had really funny lyrics to it. Phrases like:

"I was out side yesterday and this girl came up to me and asked me out and I said "Whatever!" (He really emphasises the whatever and then the song rocks out. It's quite when he says the lines)

I was skating and officer ____ came up to me and said you shouldn't WHATEVER!"

I think the song might be called Whatever and the band has something to do with the word soil. It might be part of their band name or album but I can't seem to find any information.
