I saw Bob Dylan yesterday

It was at the Forest National in Brussels. He's really lost his voice though. All the well-known songs were adjusted to a slower pace, and all he could do was grumble the words without singing it fluently in one movement. Still deep respect for the man though.

Yeah, for a while I've been under the assumption that seeing Dylan live will be a bit of a letdown, but I'm extremely thankful that my favorite musician is still playing at all (especially since the majority of my favorites are not), so I still plan to see him some time.

It's still a major improvement over his mumbling phase for live performances in the 80's & 90's. If you didn't know the songs you wouldn't have an idea what he was singing.

I saw him in KC about 15 years ago. Glad I got the chance to see him, but have never been inspired to see him again.

Bob has a string of shows in Japan (with six or so alone in Tokyo) all through March and the rumour mill is pumping that he's shooting over to Seoul in April. One rumour states clearly that he's playing at Seoul Olympic Stadium on March 31 at 8:00pm. The rumour is complete with ticket prices (the cheapest seats are 60 bucks).
