leo records ogg and my ipod

I wish Leo Records would just sell normal mp3 downloads on their website instead of ogg. I'm sure ogg is great like they say but it's not ready to go on my ipod. Even to just put the files on a cd you have to download such and such and do this and that. Their cds are great but 11 gbp plus shipping from the UK is just out of my budget. I contacted them but they were like I need to get on the ogg train.

arrrgh

They're charging $5.49 U.S. for 192kbs?

I asked the the horde member who seems to think I don't notice her constantly hovering around me. She suggested this for your ipod.

For burning to cd the suggestion was Foobar.

Thanks for the reply but all that downloading and crap to me sounds like a one way ticket to fakkupyeripodville.

Yeah, for a whole cd worth of music at 192kbs. For me, I think the sound would be fine. It's just how much rigamarole do they expect me to deal with? I think buying things online should be easy. Download this download that read the manual open the iPod like this unplug the ipod now... whatever.

In that case I have just been informed it gets more complicated. Convert the ogg to flac and then the flac to mp3.
