Happoy 61st Birthday, Ian Anderson

So well, not too many people celebrated Kate Bush's birthday with me. For those who did, thanks. Perhaps this thread will get a few folks raising a pint sometime today.

Yesterday I found a used copy of Jethro Tull's A Passion Play and it was only $4. It's been a long time since I have heard that one and so I picked it up, which set me off on mini-marathon of old Tull. Today I have learned Ian Anderson is 61. Happy birthday to the man who gave me "the best cup of coffee I've ever had."

I'll put it in as a sidenote when I raise my pint for the Black Moses.

You stared a birthday thread for DA WOMAN? I blame DA BASTARD Vladimir Putin for missing it.

Ian Anderson has been in Satchmo's Dog House ever since he went crazy and talked smack about DA BROTHAMAN....and everyone who has been around here long enough knows what happens when DA BRORTHAMAN is mentioned....

YO! YO! and I sure as hell don't mean

DA MAN was FREAKING BLIND. Did I mention that he later had a stroke and was still able to find a way to play multiple instruments and with the use of only one freaking arm?

Can I get a AMEN! from the congregation for DA BROTHAMAN....Rahsaan Roland Kirk?

Yeah my Kate thread was in Alternative. I celebrated her birthday for that whole week, as it turned out. Looking back on it, that was a really dumb moving seeing as this site just doesn't get too much traffic as it is.

I wasn't aware Anderson had said anything bad about Rahsaan. I'll have to check that out...
