[ko-mor-bid] vs. Fight Club

Two recent and incredible industrial/power noise albums from artists that IMO don't get nearly as much attention as they should. These two have quickly become two of my favorite industrial cds.

If you've heard them, which do you prefer? If you haven't I highly recommend giving them a listen.

For me it's a very hard choice, I'll have to think about it but at the moment I'm leaning more toward [ko-mor-bid].

the Punch Inc. is much better than the Pneumatic Detach. Pneumatic have fallen horribly since their earlier works.

I'd have to say ESA's new album 'How Pure Would Your Utopia Be?' is the best industrial/rhythmic noise albums of the year.

I'll check out the ESA, but I have to go with [ko-mor-bid] here. All I've heard from Pneumatic Detach is [ko-mor-bid] and Meth so I can't really say how [ko-mor-bid] compares to the rest of Brink's discography. The Punch Inc. album is definitely awesome but I'm more impressed with [ko-mor-bid]. I think [ko-mor-bid] has a better balance of ambience and noise, its more dynamic, and the programming is much stronger imo.

That ESA album is great, but I still think the Pneumatic is the best industrial this year, so far at least. I just enjoy his style more.

What other Pneumatic Detach material would you recommend?

so I'm listening to ko-mor-bid once again and I have to say it's better than I remember it being. perhaps it's one of those albums that you back to and enjoy months/years down the road. his style is much better in this one than in the past ones.

I'm sure you've already checked his other stuff out by now.

Yeah I checked out his earlier material and I still like ko-mor-bid the best but his other stuff is great as well. I think my favorite track by him is the title track from the Meth EP.
