Hey everybody- Back in May I saw the incredible Joe Jackson on tour and as usual, he was awesome (this was my 12th time seeing him!).

The reason I wanted to ask you if you saw it too, was because of the opening act that was touring with him named Mutlu. I usually never pay much mind to the other acts on tours, but this guy was great!

I hadn’t thought about it till the other night when my friend forwarded me the link to his site, and asked if I had heard of him! I figure he must be getting around, so I wanted to see if anyone else had already hopped that train? Very G-Love, Shuggie Otis, etc, but with a very eclectic sound.
I just learned his new CD (his first) will be out on July 22. I need to get this!

mutlu means happy. i realy dont like songs much. i cant watch youtube so dont know about video.

Seen a few Joe Jackson vids. Good songwriter. The song about time from the first album is really cool.

Someone made a decent video for it on Youtube but it's been taken down now.
