The Nihilist Spasm Band's "What about Me". Home made instruments, improvisation, ranting over noise, its pretty cool.

I've been looking for that one a quite long time without any success.

I still can see around here some records that I'm missing, so don't worry about that.

I do also believe that this thread might be helpful to anybody who comes around here thinking that Kid A is the strangest album ever recorded.

I don't know how you normally buy music, but if you get it online it's fairly easy to find:

Hmm.. you found it on amazon. Maybe I was looking for it as Julie Driscoll, but I didn't found it the time I looked for it.
Netsoundmsic has a pretty reasonable price.
Thanks

No, I haven't. Which work would you recommend to start with?

Honestly, it's going to be a matter of what you can find. I don't think any of his music is on CD...I've had to listen to Vinyl rips, but from what I've heard his debut "Et Cetera" recording is probably my favorite...very eclectic free jazz/fusion.

"Output" Is another one to look out for (( on ECM no less!!! )), but really, get anything you can find.

I take that back, apparently The Oimels is now on CD as well as Free Action which I haven't heard:

The Oimels is good, but leaning into standard Jazz territory more than some of his other work, if you can call any of Dauner's work that.
