I'll start:

What you're looking at is the cover of glam hotshots Dokken and their fourth album, Under Lock And Key (1985).
Now I am a strong supporter of 80s fashion, but this is just terrible. Bad outfits, worse posing and seemingly no budget for a decent hairstylist. And there's no connection between the cover and the album title. I hate that! Except for if the cover is some sort of arrest warrant paper, who knows.
Musically though it's by far Dokken's best (studio-)effort, their only album where I actually enjoy entire songs instead of just waiting for George Lynch to rip through his solos. Also, great production.
