how do you feel about Joy Division, The Smiths,Angel City,BauHaus,Ministry etc. To me they all represent the kinds of music we never hear on the radio around here(albany ny )we have lameass stations devoted to teenyboppers and adult contemperary pretty bad.

the only time i listen to the radio is when i want to hear classic rock on a road trip. you can always find some choice AC/DC action within 10 minutes

the bands you listed are all respectable but i never really got into any of them much. had a few ministry discs, liked filth pig.

I will try to make it clearer....so that possibly you can understand and offer some coherent (although, I know that is a lot to ask based on your posts on this board, so far.) response. Who knows....maybe you can even do it without just resorting to childish insults.


1. This is the Promotions (I would like to think you know what the word means) part of Radiomute. What does asking if Limp Bizkit is still together have to do with Promotions?


2. Why have you turned the Promotions forum into your personal diary? Can't you at least put it all into one thread instead of starting countless threads that have almost nothing to do with Promotions? At this point, I am expecting a thread to be started by you which reports the latest acne outbreak or intestinal gas attacks with you and your band.


3. Do you even understand what the word hate means?

Well, I think KnR doesn't hang much on the other boards here, and he's gotten comfortable with the promo board.
KnR, you might want to check the General Music- and the Rock-boards too. For things unrelated to your band.

To a certain degree, I guess I'm also responsible for the increased (off topic-)activities on the promo board. I think it started with some referrence to Star Trek by someone and one thing led to another.

BTW, we could move the entire thread to the rock board. The Linkin Park thread is doing quite well at this point, as is this one here, so we could have a great Nu Metal double feature.

Comparing linking park and limp bizkit is like comparing apples and oranges.

It's comparing too-much-homework tears with one another, regardless of the supposed differences between "rapcore" and nu metal.
