on the topic of firing bandmates. where no one is actually hired in the first place how do you tell some dude you jam with on a semi-regular basis that his demeanor regarding conspiracy theories has gotten to the point where i don't feel comfortable playing music with him anymore without making him think i've either been brainwashed by them or that i'm a complete dick?

Anyway, this is usually the point were the "...musical differences..." are brought up.
