I'm not sure how enjoying french fries degrades my vegan status. I don't eat fries cooked in beef tallow or anything.
Yes I'm supporting organizations that sell non-vagan products through any type of purchase, but there are only a handful of companies that cater exclusively to vegans, and even then, the ingredients they source likely come from farms that produce non-vegan products, so I can only do so much.

More importantly, I didn't even eat/enjoy beef before I went vegan! Pork either.
I was fond of the chicken, turkey and salmon, however.
