I'm considering taking a journey down to Bara, specifically to Rantanapuri, while I'm in the region in February. It'd be interesting to speak with some of the locals and maybe see Palden Dorje. Regardless, it's an interesting and fascinating area of the world, let alone Nepal.

I don't think I'll buy any Buddha Boy T-shirts or anything while I'm there though...

I would be interested to see the video his followers are supposed to have of his supposed spontaneously combusting.

P.S. Don't get too close....on two occasions he is supposed to have been bitten by a snake.

Is that so impossible? I don't know what extent of immobility you are talking about but we used to do 30mins back in school during yoga class and that wasn't so bad. But shavasana was always my fav.

Try it. Have credible witnesses. Film it. Contact Discovery. Then get back to us.

Really, though, comparing a half hour to 96 hours in anything is like comparing The Smashing Pumpkins with Days of the New (). What this boy is doing is nothing like yoga at the Y.
