Amazing, yes. Four days continuous video footage by Discovery, a reliable source, of the young boy not moving, eating, or drinking.

It's important to note that most people commonly will die of dehydration going four days without water.

While the not drinking part is interesting....it's the not moving in anyway that makes him rare. Then add in the no bodily functions in that time....even if he didn't drink anything or eat anything in that time.....pretty much every animal will still have some eventually. If your body doesn't get rid of the wastes it produces.....you will die.

People fast without food and/or water all the time in this world.

The Discovery Channel has a documentary on him in the works. As you pointed out....they filmed him for 96 straight hours.

Meaning, he started meditating right before they started filming and stopped immediately after the 96 hours were over, or that was only the amount of that meditation session that they filmed, and it actually went on longer?

If you checked the first youtube video you will see at that time they were talking about 6 months. He's moved locations twice since then, however.
