Compare that to the "Pumpkins" now. Corgan is all ego, nothing else. Oh, and theres the fact that their music is terrible with the ego. I haven't noticed anything done by Radiohead in the recent past thats been incredibly egotistical, but if so they can still write some pretty good music with it.
Radiohead easily wins for me in this one. I do love Pisces, Siamese Dream, and Mellon Collie but not as much as I like the entire Radiohead catalog sans Pablo Honey. Compare the b sides of both and damn, it just keeps going.
Like jazzfromhell I'd be interested to know some more of the Kid A influence.
