Techno Metal?

Is there any Metal with a techno beat, screaming through a vocoder, heavy use of synth and loud highly distorted guitar?

You'd probably go for Pitchshifter - try this one:

then maybe try Cyanotic 'Transhuman or Transhuman 2.0' or Fear Factory 'Digimortal'.

There's really not much Techno Metal out there. A lot of the type of sound you're looking for is probably in the Industrial/Rhythmic Noise/Power Electronics type genres.
