Oh, I thought we were just saying things that may or may not have influenced Kurt Cobain at some point. Next, I was gonna say "Sometimes when the milk container only has a little bit of milk in it, but then there just isn't enough for a bowl of cereal"

He...Who Drops Knowledge
|
Can't remember the last time I ate cereal (ok, we all know I can); however, it drove me crazy when my younger siblings would just leave drops of milk and not tell the parental. It was times like that which taught Satchmo to become one with patience and not go postal on younger siblings and/or turn into the poster boy for angst.

I am Satchmo and I approve this message.

I know! It drives me absolutley batsh*t! Had I been in your situtation, there would most likely be fewer feet pattering around the house. I could totally see Kurt reaching for the jug, then storming off to write "In Bloom."

those are just regular gripes though, everyone gets pissed at the milk deal. cobain ended up bouncing between homes and spent a lot of time with his grandmother because of the break down with his parents. the broken family angle comes up in a lot of his music. i've never heard ANY nirvana song whining about not getting laid though.
