Seba, yes, I'd very much like to hear your experiments.

I use Addictive Drums. It's nice. Have you tried it? Whats your stance on AD vs. the ones you listed?

I also use GuitarRig as an invaluable tool. To get my guitar sounds that I posted, I'm currently using MusicLab RealGuitar/GuitarRig, though I'm sure those sample-based products you listed would be a much better choice.
