Well, after finishing up a three-and-a-half year run on another forum - watching them anesthetize themselves with a contentious high school mentality and a penurious, directionless design - I've decided to devote my full attention here to what appears to be a respectable, worthwhile music community. I'm hopeful that I'll find a following for my style of writing and that I can contribute as much knowledge and fun to Radio Mute as I derive from it. Starting in late September (the 28th to be exact), I'm going to institute a series of analytical examinations entitled "1 B.C.: The History of Music...One Song at a Time". With each installment, I'll pick apart a song that truly defines the artist who performed the piece. This will be a weekly event being issued every Friday night at 11:30pm (Eastern Standard Time). I'm hoping to see you all there, and until then, keep rockin'.

Nope. I'm free to go back any time. I just don't want to surround myself with a negative attitude. The forum I was at before started off as a good place to hang. Over the years, though, the posters cared less and less about...well, anything really. There was no more real discussion on any subject. All they wanted to do was bicker with each other and it basically became a "who's got the bigger dick" contest. Not exactly the right atmosphere to try and have fun in (or to write in).
