Slipknot

I'm known as a huge Metalhead among my friends. So they somehow think I would like Slipknot, would someone who likes Cannibal Corpse, COB, Nile, Bathory, Burzum (basically Black & Death Metal bands) ever listen to Slipknot?

I know someone who's into death metal and likes Slipknot and even the Slipknot solo projects.

I saw a guy in his late '50s/early '60s a couple days ago, overweight and balding, wearing a slipnot shirt.

I got a chuckle out of it.

When my father took us to a Slayer concert in 1986 (he dropped us off/picked us up actually) his one demand was that we got him a shirt. So we got him a Reign in Blood T-shirt with "Do You Want To Die" on the back.

He wore that shirt into his 50's

Every year at a town picnic I see this guy who must be in his 90's. And he's wearing chains and he has a mohawk. I actually took a picture of him with my phone.

Well he's a fag. Jk. But seriously not many people who listen to the music I do (around here anyway) like Slipknot.

1. Never did the t-shirt thing myself. Too conforming for my tastes and the concept of paying to be a walking billboard for someone is another story.

2. Satchmo is 107 and goes to concerts in a suit and a tie. Now that is Punk, BABY!! Of course, when I am with the horde I make sure to be a good ways off.

Isn't a little uncomfortable to slam or rave with a suit and a tie?

Who said anything about slamming or raving? At this point, if someone gets hurt....I end up buying them a house or ten. THE SHADOWS keep a buffer zone around He Who Drops Knowledge.

P.S. Otherwise, the answer would be no.

Likewise. I bought some Crimson t-shirts a while back to use as wall decorations for my freshman dorm room, but have never worn them.

For that matter I don't do clothing with any sort of insignia/graphic/text on them, for the reason above.
