1. Goozeman....almost every Tool song has something to do with either his mother, Religion (anti-, Sacred geometry....which is as much a system of belief as it is Psychology and Philosphy), and Flower of Life. As well as non-Sacred Geomertry Psychology and Philsophy.

He and Tom Cruise won't be having any get togethers anytime soon....especially not with Eulogy being about L. Ron Hubbard and the line in Ænema about Hubbard and Scientology.

You can trace his being anti-Religion to the Baptist upbringing by his piece of shit of a step-father....who among other things was very big on not sparing the rod....which is one of the reasons he also really hates with a passion^ the piece of shit who was his step-father.

Take a look at the lyrics of Prison Sex and H. and you will understand.

2. Grasshoppa Roivas was initially being sarcastic about how when some people hear German....nevermind in the speech pattern used in the "song" and the crowd roaring they will think it's pro-Nazis.

The Das Boot is in regards to how he doesn't know German himself and it is his normal playful response.

As in....

geryon..........my impression of what slipknot is saying is pretty morbid and dark....."If you're 5 5 5 then I'm 6 6 6 " they talk about "the mother". all of it really, pretty anti Christ kind of stuff. (in my opinion) but then that's what music is isn't it, our own individual interpretation. The funny thing for me though is this, to mock or hate something.....you must first believe in it. So the people out there who try to say how fake "God" is or whatever first has to belive it in a way otherwise they wouldn't give it a second thought. (again, my opinion).

Slipknot plays crappy, bubble-gum metal. So what they sing about is besides the point!

Try this instead:

What the fuck does that mean anyway? Even when I was listening to them I kind of laughed at that.
