Hello i for the life of me cannot remember the name of this band. I used to remember it all the time and i love some of their music, and i only have a little information but you should be able to get it.

One of their songs says something like "san sehschwan" i wrote it out how it sounds, i have no idea on the words, and then the song goes into sounds that sound like they are from a wind instrument. The voice that speaks it is a woman and its more of a whisper. And its semi-electronic and has been around for a long time. The name of the band i believe has two words.

I know its not much, but hey someone should know what im talking about.
