Polar Bear

Has anyone investigated the work of Polar Bear, particularly the most recent "Held on the Tips of Fingers" or any of Seb Rochford's other projects? I find it to be extremely interesting, and while the other projects go somewhat beyond my taste, the Polar Bear is one of my favorite jazz albums these days. Seb, the drummer and band leader of sorts, cites Aaron Funk as his biggest influence, which alone makes him worth paying attention to. I highly recommend it, and as this forum has already received the feeding tube, and with oxygen support on the nearing horizon, I think we need some new topics.

discuss.
