Yeah, but they have at least released new records. Zeppelin is in it's own Universe in that regards.

Things start looking silly when you put out more Best Ofs than regular studio albums. Although sometimes it's not within a bands powers, see Motörhead.

20 million people have already applied for the lottery for one of only 20,000 tickets.

They're still getting 80,000 visits a minute.

At this point, I can see them doing a full tour. At the very least 40 or 50 million potential paying customers and you know they can charge an absurd amount and get it.

They appear to be taking this "reunion" a whole lot more serious than the others. In the past they just showed up or do a run through the day before. They're actually practicing, this time. They were only asked to perform for 30 minutes and they came back with a demand of at least 2 hours.

Agreed. A half hour would not satisfy customers, it would barely be worth it. Two hours seems a bare minimum. I'm rather interested in their setlist, and what kind of material is going to be resurfaced after the reunion other than the best of. I was rather disappointed with How the West Was Won, found it rather bland actually. I've always enjoyed the Zep bootlegs far more than the legal live releases. A release of unreleased and rare material would be nice. No more best ofs and no more live.
