I think there should have been more votes for this poll b/c there is so much more to jazz. My personal fav tho is the voice of a sexy lady. With a piano in a smokey room, a sexy gin and juice blues voice, wearing a red dress with hair falling partially down (and no, I'm not a lez... lol), I think there is nothing sexier than that. The saxaphone can be sexy as hell when it's played right, but then again, so can the trumpets. It's hard to pin point the sexiest thing about jazz b/c in my opinion, sexy is the way to describe jazz as a whole. Jazz can't be jazz if it's not sexy. I don't know of one single jazz song that isn't sexy to me in some way.

agree;
definetly the magical beat of the drums
within the rhythm of the cymbals, for sure...

the accent of icelandic words falls in almost all cases on the first syllable. the exceptions are

1.words that have the negative prefix "ó-" meaning "un-" as in "unwilling" eg óhreinindi
2.words that have the prefix "all-" meaning "rather" or "very" eg allfeginn

in these two cases, the accent falls equally on the first two syllables or mainly on the second syllable.

Yeah, drums are very important, but a good jazzy tune, couldn't do, without a good bass, and maybe a saxyphone (read sexy):-D
