I'd like to ID a song running thru my head from my youth. I've also heard it covered with a Hawaiian sound. How to describe? Great harmonies....reminds me of Hall and Oates, but I can't find it in their discography. The only words I can definitely determine are "ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh, on the.......". That is repeated over and over, and it could be "on the waterline" or "on the border zone" or........well, who knows. Song title and artist would be hugely appreciated.
