I'm having problems with my Casio keyboard piano. Can anyone help?

I haven't used it in a while, but got it out of the basement last week because I wanted to start again. When I plug it in, the light turns on saying that it is on (it shouldn't do that though, I should have to press the power button to turn it on). And none of the buttons work, no keys or anything. The power button also doesn't work, I have to just unplug it.

So my dad and I took it apart yesterday to try to find the fuse and fix it. My dad is an engineer and he knows a lot about this kind of stuff, but he couldn't find the fuse and couldn't find anything that looked wrong either.

So does anyone know what could be wrong? I'll try calling Casio tomorrow, but it's probably going to be costly to fix it with them. They charged me $6 a few months back to get a tiny screw for my camera.
