This is truly difficult, but I'll try...however it is impossible for me to establish this list in order, so no numbering...
*"Surf's Up" (The Beach Boys or Brian Wilson, it doesn't matter...I just love the song)
*"The Long And Winding Road" (The Beatles)
*"Nature Boy" (Nat King Cole--special credit to Eden Ahbez, the writer)
*"Strawberry Fields Forever" (The Beatles--I'm not sure if it's the song or the recording that I love so much)
*"God Only Knows" (The Beach Boys)
*"I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" (U2--this one I can number; it's without question my favorite song of all time)
*"Your Song" (Elton John)
*"Lord Of The Starfields" (Bruce Cockburn)
*"MacArthur Park" (Richard Harris--special credit to Jimmy Webb, the writer)
*"Caroline, No" (The Beach Boys)
Like someone else said earlier, I could probably come up with a different list for every week. And yeah, I'll be the first to admit that this list is heavy on sentimentality factors.

Paging the Good Rev., Jon Anderson and Et al on line one.
Having said that....
Outside of Strawberry Fields, I am surprised at your choices from the Beatles and nothing SMiLE related.

No order for me either just cause I'm too lazy, except that I'll start with number one.
The incredibly epic "Free Bird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd
"I Wanna be Your Dog" by Iggy & the Stooges
"Can't Ya Hear me Knockin'" by The Rolling Stones
"Wet Sand" by The Red Hot Chili Peppers
"Hurricane" by Bob Dylan
"Sister Morphine" by the Rolling Stones
"Glass Onion" by The Beatles
"Gimme Danger" by Iggy & the Stooges
"Sympathy for the Devil" by the Rolling Stones
"Black Rose (A Rock Legend)" by Thin Lizzy

I'll give it a try:
The Honeybus - "(Do I Figure) In Your Life"
Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - "Mercy Seat" (preferably the acoustic version, but both are great)
Harry Nilsson - "Dayton, Ohio 1903"
Love - "Maybe the People Would Be the Times or Between Clark and Hilldale"
Bob Dylan - "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues"
Donovan - "Sunny Goodge Street"
The Kinks - "No Return"
Tom Waits - "Alice"
The Byrds - "Get To You"
Tim Buckley - "Pleasant Street"

Tell him I'm out to lunch.
Actually, "The Old Laughing Lady" could probably replace about anything on my list, if I was in the right mood.

It occurred to me that I had never really given The Beach Boys a chance beyond Pet Sounds so a few weeks ago I picked up the Sunflower/Surf's Up combo CD on a whim, and I've really been digging it. Especially the song "Surf's Up."
