Wow a geocities site, I feel like I'm back in 1995.

I know you don't really care and are only using Akon to spam your site since he is popular right now, but to answer your question I think Akon would be classified as R&B, but the over produced and watered down kind that is being sold today as R&B.

i'm willing to bet a very sad amount of money that if you asked kids today what R&B means they'd tell you 'raps and beats'.

I think you would just get a lot of 'cash and ass' responses.


That does raise a good point though, I am now curious to know how many people could correctly say what r&b stand for.

But I give Akon and T-Pain passes to do anything because they make R&B for me and the ladies. They should really sign Nate Dogg though. I mean is Nate Dogg even signed anywhere... help him out.
