It's August Wilhelmj's arrangement of the 3rd and 4th measure from J.S. BachOrchestral Suite No. 3 in D major, which the portion in question was taken from is called Air and which Wilhelmj's called Air on the G String.
Wilhelmj's arrangement was for a solo violin.
