First of all I was actually called ignorant and if that guy who kept following through threads told me to look past it, it got lost underneath it all, I look past my own opinions all the time, and I am reconsidering the hell thing.

And what do you mean "won't last long here" I can handle criticism, and much easier on the internet, it's not like there's anything to lose by being hated from people all over the place that I will probably never even see in my life.

While I'm hardly the biggest Zeppelin fan, I think I'm definitely going to have to give them my vote on this one.

I hope I never feel that I have outgrown Zeppelin... Because if that happens I feel I would have outgrown my zest for the power of life... No, I am not saying Zeppelin is the sole source of energy in the world, what I am saying is I want to always remember the feelings I have had from their music (starting from the time I was ten years old when I first became aware of Zeppelin)... I treasure the adrenaline that has pumped through my veins to the sounds of Led Zeppelin... Oh sure, those moving moments don't happen as often from their music any more now that I am 44 years old. But every once in awhile the moment will strike and the fire will burn... I never want to lose that...

i think i'm about halfway between seerix and syd's views on led zep. they're not a band i listen to much anymore and in a sense i've grown past their style. but every now and again i'll get one of those classic riffs stuck in my head like 'four sticks' or 'the immigrant song' or 'communication breakdown' and at that point NOTHING else will do the trick.
