Well, without having heard either mic or its pre or converter, I'd say go with the second option from the specs, as the second allows for 24-bit recording @ 96khz (better dynamic resolution/frequency response), as opposed to the Samson's 16/48. Samson has a very good reputation for making high-quality, affordable gear -- I don't know the second manufacturer, but the second option looks better on paper.

Also, from those links, it appears the second option is cheaper, so there's another point for #2.
