If I even say "Tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1997" someone smacks me upside the head.

It's the only year in my life I was on hard drugs from January-December (got off them in mid-98). I get chills when I listen to that song in the gym

Actually it is a Sleepytime Gorilla Museum ditty called "(Tonight I'm Gonna Party Like It's) 1997" an obvious homage to Prince's song, but slightly more difficult to dance to

That 1999 song was going on all over the place in '99, as you all probably remember, but having basically killed off my 20's "with a bang" a couple of years earlier, I didn't do nearly as much partying that year

I should try working out to Prince, but I am concerened I'll get a penchant for leg warmers...
