A little guiding, please.
Hi. I'm really starting to realize that I really love music. I know what I like when I hear it but popular music these days is just not cool. I really think my generation got a messy end of a stick when it comes to music. Anyway, I just heard a Miles Davis album for the first time the other day, Kind of Blue. Really, I was so amazed by how excellent it was. Really, I've never heard anything like that before in my life! So, I've been reading up on Miles Davis and am going to go shopping tomorrow to get another album of his.
So, if you all could help a blossoming music enthusiast, what other great jazz trumpeteers must I absolutely listen to?
So many thanks.
