Bad to the Bone - Blues Rock....He "borrowed" the guitar riff and the way he sings it from Muddy Waters' song Mannish Boy.

Paranoid - Heavy Metal

that's so devastating. sigh

Highway Star - Deep Purple
hard rock?

I have read a little about rock & roll and its billion of sub genres at wikipedia but...
I've even caught myself reading surf pop on my reading trip.

Could you list some rock songs if you do not mind.

mighty wings - cheap trick

Not sure what is "so devastating".

Highway Star - you could go Heavy Metal and Proto-Speed Metal.

Mighty Wings - Rock

You want a list of Surf songs?
