Neurosis - Given to the Rising
Amazing stuff... a lot of catchy hooks, similar to their Through Silver in Blood album but with a lot more mellow/post-rockish parts. Distill, Fear and Sickness, Water is Not Enough, the title track etc are favourites.

The Bears loss stings, but I've found a way of dealing with it: I tell myself that only two teams got to the superbowl

I actually have a Superbowl banner hanging at my house. A superfan from Miami brought it back for me

After March Madness I stopped reading ESPN regularly, so I couldn't even tell you my opinion on the latest from the Cubs (not to mention I'm not a big baseball fan). Let me know if its something I should know

it is a good album, especially the songs 'water is not enough', 'nine', 'origin'.
