Antibalas - Security

I guess its definitely their best in terms of LPs but I think they have other material that is just as good. Like their 2 track EP with Ticklah, superb. Either way they are awesome and I don't think have any bad songs to their name. The live show is to die for too.

Paul McCartney and Cross Canadian Ragweed

and on a local scale, my friends have a band called the Massacre at Sundown. I really want the EP they are working on to be released

There will also be a DVD of their concert in London back in November.

Blonde Redhead has a new album just out and it isn't bad at all.

But nothing spectacular either.

I really like the cover, but for some reason i think the music will be a let down in comparison...

In May, Wilco and Feist have new albums coming out. I think these will be the "highlights of the quarter." Also, Interpol is debuting on a major label in June, I think. I'm excited to see if they can do something interesting.

I listened to the new Wilco. It's REALLY good. If you like Wilco.

Also I got the new Bright Eyes CD. Very very country, but in a good way. I'm digging it.
