Beginning this September, in what promises to be the most exciting live tour this year, Van Halen will embark on a national concert tour throughout the U.S. and Canada with its original lead singer David Lee Roth for the first time in 22 years.
Van Halen and Roth have not performed or recorded together since 1984's classic multi-platinum album 1984* and subsequent tour, making this tour truly a historic event.
*Um, that's not true.
It's interesting that the site only shows the artwork of the six Roth albums and none of the Hagar albums.

Well, if they're going to pretend there wasn't two other singers after Diamond Dave....why not pretend there wasn't a previous reunion attempt and songs recorded and released at the time for a Best Of.

The real question is if they can make it through an actual recording of a new record.
On tour they really don't have to see each other until they get ready to on stage. In the past Diamond Dave and Eddie would each have their own tour bus and Michael and Alex shared one. I can see the samething happening but with Wolfgang sharing with Alex this time.
