It sounds a lot like Mehdi. I'm not totally sure that this is his song, but the style sounds similar, so you might wanna check there.

Note: Not "DJ Mehdi"...you'll know if you have the right artist if you encounter an album called "Instrumental Heaven".

Again, I'm not certain (since I only have two of his albums), but it does sound like something he'd do.
