Uwe Nettelbeck R.I.P.
I don't know if this was posted already, but Uwe Nettelbeck, founder of Faust, passed away on the 17th.
So many great musical minds keep leaving lately.

He couldn't have been too old, any word on how he died?

He was in his early 70's. His daughter was born 3-years and a day after me. He's also a Grandfather.

RIP Mr Nettelbeck.
I've never really gotten into krautrock - though I do dig a couple tunes, especially Neu!'s "Hallogallo" and a few Faust tunes - but Nettlebeck was a very good producer.

Oh, wow, I guess he's much older than I thought. For some reason, it didn't seem like the makers of krautrock would have already been in their 40's.
Equinox - I disagree. Tago Mago is the best.

Considering the band was formed in 1971....
