Don't want to bring you down or anything, but you could have camped for sure. All they did when you came in was take your ticket and casually glance at your camping equipment. I saw some kids who looked pretty young wandering around.

Oh....Ratatat was awesome also!!! Gogol Bordello was my biggest regret...but you can't see it all.

I had a feeling that would be the case, but you never know, and going all the way down to Indio and getting really unlucky and not getting in would be...quite a bummer. Especially after paying up the ass for tickets.

For some reason when I imagine Grasshoppa Jazzfromehell at something like this....I am thinking that I have to make sure DA Snipers, Squirrels and especially The Shadows have him covered at all times. Probably several helicopters, as well....and four M1A2's in standby.

Not that Satchmo is in anyway saying that anyone underage should be going or doing anything they're not supposed to be doing....or for that matter anyone of legal age.

Yeah I've heard only good things about Coachella. Too bad you only saw half the LCD Soundsystem set since they really rock live. I saw them play almost the exact same set like a month ago and it was a really rocking show.

On another note Rock The Bells fucking screwed over the people that bought tickets to the first NY date since they added MF Doom, Talib Kweli, and Boot Camp Click (among others) to the second date. At least Cali people got the chance to pick out who they wanted to see, even if they do have to drive a bit in some direction, oh well, still got The Roots for mine.

You should also include the Jesus nuts in that list! I couldn't tell you how many times I was offered "these cool books that are the original editions straight from Buddhist monks" by some shady looking people at Bonnaroo, open them up and they are just Christian propaganda telling you your going to hell for attending a festival.

Yeah im bummed about missing LCD's first half (especially the speeded up version of Daft Punk is Playing at My House!)

That sucks about Rock the Bells. I might go this year...not sure yet. MF Doom is probably my favorite rapper right now so I would have to see him if I was going. You should see if you can trade your ticket for the other day on craigslist.

Why would I have "Jesus" nuts keeping an eye on Grasshoppa Jazzfromhell?

sorry bout that a complete misread.

As for Rock The Bells, I don't know I'm pretty psyched on seeing The Roots so its a real toss up. A lot of people I know are going to the first date and I don't know of any going to the second, as of now of course, so that should also be factored in.

I'm gonna just pray that some of the second date people are around for the first date, I mean they've just got to be right?
