RATM is now playing three other shows (I think the locations are NY, SF, and somewhere in LA or something). The bill will be shared with none other than the Wu-Tang Clan. Even if both are far past their prime, barring extreme ticket prices I'm there for the one in SF.

Ozzfest 2007 is free!!!

Read about it at the mainsite: http://www.ozzfest.com/news_2007.html

(you've got to scroll down a tiny bit)

I'm looking forward to this. I don't think there is any word on the lineup yet but if a couple of bands that I'd wanna see turn out then it would easily be worth the price of admission.

I've never had a problem paying for a live show, Primus last tour was a little bit of a rip off though.., but still something cool for them to be doing since prices for anything music related is out of control. I remember one of the better live shows I saw was Sonic Youth free in Central Park during their summer stage thing that runs throughout the summer.

Lollapalooza - Pearl Jam rumored to be headlining: http://www.suntimes.com/entertainmen...olla01.article

Not the most impressive headliner, I'd really like to see PJ at The Gorge if they are still doing that.

Maybe I just don't know how to look that sort of information up.

How long will you be staying in France? In july there's a good festival in Cognac...I'll be performing there

It's a blues improvisation festival...fun fun!!

Going to the Australian version of the V fest at the end of this month. The line up is really a little disapointing. I bought a ticket to see the pixies as they have been on my must see live list since about 1990. Others that are playing include: Soulwax, Too many DJ's, The New York Dolls, Groove Armarda, Gnarls Barkley, Nouvelle Vague, The Rapture, Pheonix, Beck, The pet shop boys (?!), Jarvis Cocker, New Young pony Club. The pixies are definately the standout for me.

Yeah, it looks a bit dissapointed;

Stardust are you performing with The Hidden Charms? Your voice is lovely if I haven't told you.

Unfortunately I am only in France until June

The Pixies is still pretty cool, especially in a festival type setting. Beck isn't that bad live if you are into him.
