Stewart Copeland, after seeing him on point with Claypool and Trey in Oysterhead I had to give him a mention here. Hes still awesome enough with just his work in The Police
?uest Love, outside of The Roots too but I guess still not really rock
Chad Smith but he has fallen off recently as with the rest of his friends
Tim Alexander
Dave Lombardo

Maybe not at his best but Baker is awesome with Masters of Reality.

Bonzo for sheer pounding rhythm. 'When The Levee Breaks' has surely never been beaten for this?

Vinnie Colaiuta for sheer blinding technique. His stuff on Zappa's 'Joe's Garage' is amazing.

Bonham or Buford probably.
But how about Grohl? I know it's probably a "metal" band but his work with QOTSA's Songs For The Deaf was absolutely phenomenal.
