Open jams where participants bring along their gear, plug into a mixer and just make music! It's not all necessarily music, digital art generally, I think. Some guys have organised a monthly Share event in Melbourne recently. I went and checked it out the other day and it's pretty cool. There are six other Share events across the globe, 4 in the US and 2 in Europe.

If you can make it to one, go for it!


edit: If you go to each of the individual share site, you might be able to find excepts of video or audio from the events. Some of the stuff coming out is very nice.
