Robert Lockwood Jr. - R.I.P

Robert Lockwood Jr. passed away yesterday. He was one of the last two surviving links to Robert Johnson. The other would be David "Honeyboy" Edwards.

Unhappy And so furthers the descent...

...into losing our great Bluesmen.

Be well, Mr Lockwood.

One of the greatest Blues albums of the new millenium.

Mr. Lockwood made his home in this area, and I was privileged to hear him live many times. I will miss him terribly. A blues legend has again been lost.
