Alright made sure this hasn't been mentioned before.
Whats the deal with Patton and John Zorn?
I noticed Patton performed with Electric Masada a couple of times.
God damn that March tour sounds awesome.

Patton has performed on several of Zorn's recordings.

zorn produced the first major bungle album (self titled)
i figure at that point zorn and patton became friends and recognized themselves as kindred spirits.

John Zorn's Moonchild featuring Mike Patton, Trevor Dunn, and Joey Baron - November 2, Great American Musical Hall. Should I go to this? I sure like the sound of that line up. I also think I'll go to see Sleepytime Gorilla Museum with Secret Chiefs 3, when they're here on the 24th, if I can.

Let's me put it this way:
Do you know the last time Zorn played in your area?

I guess that should close the issue right there.
P.S. Just out of curiosity, do you know exactly how many years/months it has been?

I believe it would be sometime in 2006 that he last played there.

He goes there about once a year, but it's always a different Zorn project.
