It seems Eddie is attempting to go Old School with his new guitar line and flanger. At the moment the guitars will be named after his " Frankenstein" guitar. The flanger will be the MXR EVH 117. Of course, The Brown Sound isn't just his guitar.

Yeah, it seems (again) that a reunion with Diamond Dave is inevitable (again). Last I read - just a couple days ago - both sides have said the contract is to be signed within days. But Wolfgang on bass? He may be good but that doesn't mean he, a youngster, should be allowed in the presence of what a rock band typically encounters at a two-hour show every night for a few months.

It's from an interview with someone at the HOF; in which she was asked if she thought Hagar would get in on his own solo career.
"Interestingly, when asked if Hagar would get in on his own, the spokesperson didn't seem to know Hagar had a career for over a decade before joining VH. When I provided that information the response was "I don't listen to that kind of music."
