Don't remember any specific DJs, and it's already a bit dated to say the least, but you might wanna check out the "Thunderdome"- as well as the "Terrordrome"-samplers.
European hardcore techno from the mid 90s, definitely the real deal.
When it comes to Trance try the "Dreamdance"- and the "Trance Nation"-samplers, although it's rather commercial.
