anybody know of any good upbeat rocktronica/indietronica bands?

Personally I love rock music with midi-like keyboard parts, and have been looking everywhere for some. Songs that fit this discription imo are 'attack' by 30 seconds to mars, maybe some of the killers stuff like 'change your mind' and 'where is she'... I looked around for a genre that would fit my needs and came up with indietronica or rocktronica but the only bands I found in those genres were slow moving and boring.

Any suggestions?

*edit* a more precise definition for what I'm looking for would be an english-speaking rock band with lofi synths. thanks and sorry for the confusion.

Rocket Science, Andy Clockwise, hmmmm some Regurgitator perhaps. They're Australian groups so I don't know how easy it is for you to listen to them.

Well, I´m not 100% sure on what your looking for, but maybe The Sounds could be something?

um it's not completely what you're after, but it generally features rock and electronica elements and is also generally upbeat: Soulwax?

I forgot to say, more on the electronic side of things, you might want to try out The Presets and also Midnight Juggernauts.

Maybe M83 if vocals aren`t required. Maybe you mean lofi synths, check out Bob Hund. Both are upbeat.

I have M83's discography, I like them and I like finding nice alectronica bands, but I'd really like to find an english-speaking rock band with lofi synths. Thanks for mentioning that term Haakon and I'm sorry if I I didn't make this quite clear earlier.
